The Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), a unit of ISRO, has announced its External Student Internship Program for 2026. 1. Internship Scheme

3. General Guidelines
- Only Indian nationals can apply.
- Selection depends on seat availability, faculty consent, academic record, and subject relevance.
- Internship period extension is not allowed.
- Confirmation will be sent via email and will also appear on the IIRS admission portal.
- No stipend, accommodation, or financial assistance will be provided.
- Students must bring original documents, 3 passport-sized photos, and valid ID proof at the time of joining.
- Application deadlines: 31st October & 31st March every year.
- Only online applications will be accepted.
4. Application Process
- Visit the IIRS Admission Portal.
- Register and fill out the online internship application form.
- Upload required documents including NOC/Recommendation from your institution.
- Submit the form before the last date.
